Last week, we recited the verses of the last part of Surah Yusuf and we will discuss the message next week.

Next week, we will recite the last part which is the conclusion of Surah Yusuf. Please send in your recitations for verses 101 – 107 by Monday and verses 108 – 111 by Wednesday

I hope the kids are spending more time reciting the Quran. I did want to give them a small Spring break but now I would request them to come back to their regular schedules and start practicing with each other.

Like I said earlier, our target is the kids be able to recite atleast one page of the Quran fluently without making a single mistake. This would be their exam as well.

I would hope you can recite the Quran togeher with them to make sure we achieve our goal.

Next Lesson – Yusuf meets Benyamin (v68-92)
1. Recite and review the verses (68-76) with your recitation partners and send it by Saturday evening
2. Recite and review the verses (77-83) with your recitation partners and send it by Monday evening
3. Recite and review the verses (84-92) with your recitation partners and send it by Wednesday evening.

The month of Ramadan is fast approaching. I pray we can increase our recitation and our understanding of the Qur’an during this month.

Our target for this month is the kids be able to recite atleast one page of the Quran fluently without making a single mistake.

I also hope that the kids can volunteer to recite Dua Iftitah or the dua for Maghrib and Isha atleast once during the month. Let me know if you need sample duas to copy from.

I would hope you can spend some extra time with your hardworking kids and recite the Quran together with them.
